Account locking FAQ

Q: What is account locking and why will it happened?
A: Sometimes when we start to powerleveling your order, your account will be locked when we login with your game account and password. In this case, nobody can login your game even with the right account name and password untill it was unlocked.  The reason is different IP login. The IP we used to login your account is different from yours(we do use VPN and the IP is native in the country where you come from), so Blizzard think it's someone else login your account and they lock your account to protect you from account scamming.
 

Q: Does the account locking hurt my account security?
A: No, it just want to protect you from account scamming. It is quite different from account banning. The account locking happens when we try to login your game account, no illegal activity happens at that time( and will never happen after that).

Q: What should I do to unlock my account?
A: Please login your email which your battlenet account used, then you will find an email notification sent from Blizzard, clicking the link in that email  to reset your password, then your account will be unlocked. It's quite easy and fast. Please tell us your new password after that so we can keep powerleveling your order.

Q: How can I avoid the account locking after making my order?
A: 1. Please tell us which account to select after login your battlenet account. We called it  "World of Warcraft account"  and it was needed when you input your account information. But sometimes even we choose the right world of warcraft account, it will be locked once for the first time we login your account.
2. Please don't login your game account before we complete your order. As we said, different IP login will cause account locking. If you want to check the powerleveling process, please contact our customer service via 24/7 LIVE HELP.And we will send daily powerleveling report email to you everyday.
3. If you have several world of warcraft account under your battlenet account, then you may login the others accounts for game playing.
