Compensation for delayed order
From now on, we will give you different compensation according to the delay time of your order.:
If your order delivered in 8 hours after the time frame we gave, you will get 10% partially refund of your payment for this order.
If your order delivered in 24 hours after the time frame we gave, you will get 25% partially refund of your payment for this order.
If your order delivered in 48 hours after the time frame we gave, you will get 50% partially refund of your payment for this order.
The compensation will be given after your order delivered. Thanks for your understanding.
Notice:
1: Sometimes your game account will be locked when we login it for powerleveling, so our time frame will starts from the time your game account valid for our login or unlocked. Please unlock your account ASAP if you receiving our email notification.
2: There is a scheduled maintenance every week, this time is not included in our time frame.
